For our herbal apothecary items (remedios), we offer free shipping on orders over $35. You must pay the shipping for some of our art offerings regardless of your order price – this applies specifically to larger, heavier items. Shipping varies on those items depending their weight and size, so for convenience we include the shipping cost in the price. See full product descriptions for price breakdown. For smaller pieces that don’t significantly raise shipping costs on our end – such as jewelry and other small curios, for example – we will honor the free shipping benefit.
With respect to shipment time, we ask for some grace and patience. We are not an Amazon fulfillment center! We are very small scale/small batch, so we do not ship daily. We usually print the shipping label on the day-of your order, but we only ship out orders 1-2 times per week, so you can expect your to order to arrive sometime between 2 and 7 days of purchase date. If you are experiencing an acute ailment and need a particular remedio sooner than later, just leave a note with your order and we’ll try to get it shipped same day!
