A Note on Recent Price Increases

Our regular customers and especially those of you who’ve been with us from the beginning may have noticed that our prices have increased. Since its inception, Feather Catcher Apothecary has made efforts to keep our products accessible to the community. We always hated the idea of charging bougie artisan prices. But we aren’t Amazon. We aren’t factory made. We grow, wild harvest, and process our remedios with our hands and hearts. We can’t control inflation and the cost of materials (olive oil, tins, bottles, labels/packaging, shipping costs, etc), which have significantly increased over the past few years.

So we held out long as we could, but after much thought and a reality check we decided it was time to adjust our pricing to reflect these increases on the backend, as well as to place a more realistic value on our craft. In truth, we’ve been undervaluing our work from the get-go in an attempt to offer prices that didn’t feel too bougie. Our prices now reflect average costs for similar handmade items. We absolutely remain committed to using our garden grown and wild harvested plant medicines in our products – that will never change.

If you are a longtime customer, we are more than happy to honor loyalty customer pricing for you. Just ask and we’ll work with you on the right price.

In gratitude for valuing our craft,

Quita & Cory
