Blue Vervain Tincture

Description

Dormilón*, or Blue Vervain, is a powerful traditional plant ally for calming the nervous system and restoring ease to the body. Often used by herbalists to support stress, tension, and anxious states, especially when held in the shoulders, neck, or jaw. It’s probably better known as a bitter tonic—its potent bitterness helps wake up sluggish digestion and supports the liver when life’s stressors has left things feeling stagnant.

Our tincture is made with freshly wild harvested flowering tops of Verbena macdougalii extracted in pure grain alcohol.

*Dormilón is also the Spanish name for cutleaf coneflower (Rudbeckia laciniata).
